  • Understand how to apply (create) your organization’s core values.
  • Establish Goals/Objectives that help close the gap between your Mission and Vision.
  • Build key foundational pieces and building blocks to higher success.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with your customer desires and higher headquarters.
  • Determine how to best apply strategic planning principles to organizational culture & evolving strategic patterns.
  • Create Strategic Actions, Timeframes, and Champions.
  • Determine an Implementation strategy to ensure the plan permeates the organization.
